Accel Venture Trading LLC ("AVT", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operates the AcceTrack mobile and web application ("App", "Service"). AcceTrack is a B2B shipment and container tracking platform designed for AVT's trade partners, logistics teams, and authorised users.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use AcceTrack, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By accessing or using AcceTrack, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account registration: Full name, company name, business email address, phone number, and role/designation when you create or are provisioned an account.
• Profile updates: Any information you voluntarily add or modify in your account profile.
• Communication: Messages or queries you send to AVT support through the App.
• Business documents: Shipping instructions, purchase orders, or other documents you upload or share within the App.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFA / Android Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
• Usage data: Pages or screens viewed, features used, tap/click interactions, session duration, and crash reports.
• Log data: IP address, browser or app version, timestamps, and referring URLs.
• Location data: With your permission, approximate GPS location to display port and facility proximity on the tracking map. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

2.3 Tracking & Shipment Data

• Container numbers, bill of lading (B/L) references, FCL booking details, port of loading, port of discharge, and estimated arrival dates.
• Cargo grade, weight, and packing information as submitted by authorised users.

How We Use Your Data

We process your information only for legitimate business purposes and on lawful bases, including contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and (where required) consent.

Core Service Purposes

• Authenticating your identity and maintaining your account.
• Displaying real-time and historical shipment tracking data relevant to your organisation.
• Generating and delivering shipment status notifications, delay alerts, and arrival advisories.
• Providing customer support and responding to your enquiries.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the platform.

Operational & Analytical Purposes

• Analysing usage patterns to improve App performance and user experience.
• Diagnosing technical problems and resolving crashes.
• Enforcing our Terms of Use and applicable legal obligations.
• Complying with export documentation requirements, UAE law, and international trade regulations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data in limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party vendors — such as cloud infrastructure providers, analytics platforms, and notification services — who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

4.2 Business Partners

Shipment data (container numbers, cargo details, ETAs) may be shared with the shipping lines, freight forwarders, and port agents directly involved in your consignment. Only the minimum information necessary is shared.

4.3 Legal & Regulatory Disclosures

We may disclose data when required by UAE law, court order, regulatory authority, or to protect AVT's legal rights and the safety of our users.

4.4 Corporate Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Policy or a materially equivalent one.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

• Role-based access controls ensuring users see only their organisation's data.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

AcceTrack is a business-to-business application intended solely for use by professionals and authorised business representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the App, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information promptly.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display an in-app notification or email notice to active users.

Your continued use of AcceTrack after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
